We are looking for a tenant for a separate portion in our Villa in Rödeby. The portion has a separate entrance, bathroom, dining area, and kitchen. There are three rooms in the portion, the two other rooms are already taken by friendly and nice Students from BTH. The room is furnished. The room is available from 15th May for longterm. The rent is 3500 sek per month which includes internet, heating, water, electricity and parking. The house is right in front of the bus stop and it takes 20 minutes to BTH and 25 minutes to Karlskrona city center. ICA and Coop are 9 minutes walk away. One parking spot is also available. The bathroom, kitchen, and dining area are newly renovated. The house has a beautiful garden that can also be used by the tenants, and it is very close to nature.
