Hello. I am hoping to rent out my room for a longer period. The apartment is on floor 4 and the room I'm renting out is 9m2 in size with built in wardrobe space and a 120 bed. There is a sofa chair in the room that can also be removed if you wish to create even more space. The location is incredibly convenient as it's a short 10 min walk to central station and 1 minute away is Caroli shopping centre with an Ica Kvantum and Lidl as well as a gym (Nordic Wellness). There is one other people living here so the space will be shared with her (kitchen and bathroom, you will have your own private toilet) I am looking for an orderly, respectful and tidy tenant.
