Hej, Jag önskar hyra ut min bostad på 56 kvm som ligger i hjärtat av Barkarbystaden. Lägenheten erbjuder hög komfort, gott om förvaringsutrymme och en stor balkong mot gården. Den är nyligen renoverad (nytt golv, nymålat etc.) och kan hyras ut med eller utan möbler beroende på önskemål. Jag söker 1–2 skötsamma personer med god ekonomi som vill bo här under en längre tid. I hyran ingår el (upp till 500kr), vatten och värme. The apartment offers high comfort, plenty of storage space, and a large balcony facing the courtyard. It has been recently renovated (new flooring, newly painted, etc.) and can be rented either furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. I am looking for 1–2 responsible tenants with stable finances who wish to live here for a longer period. Electricity (up to 500kr), water, and heating are included in the rent. The tenant needs to obtain their own home insurance.
