Hi! We have two rooms available in our beautiful, newly built 4-room collective in Årsta. About the apartment: The flat is 100 sqm in size, close to Södermalm. The space is bright, modern, and perfect for creating a warm and welcoming home. Large enclosed balcony, perfect for relaxing, 2 showers/toilets for convenience, common areas with big windows and an open floor plan, A tv for movie nights & video games. Metro access just a short walk away, dishwasher and washing machines. The rooms comes furnished with big wardrobes, and options for 90, 120 or 160 bed. Heating, and internet are included in the rent. But we share the electric bill. Available rooms: Room 1, single: 8 sqm 6500 Room 3 with private bathroom, works for 2: 14 sqm 8500 About you: We’d love to share our home with kind and responsible people who have experience living with flatmates before. If you’re social, respectful, and value creating a positive and cozy home environment, you’ll fit right in! While we prefer someone around the same age, having shared-living experience is most important to us ✨ You will share the space with Pau: A salesman who likes nightlife, football, going to the gym and travel.
