Lägenhet uthyres! Hej! Jag hyr ut min fina 1:a på Tvistevägen på grund av studier på annan ort från början av juni till slutet av december! Lägenheten är på 24 kvm, ligger på tredje våningen (hiss finns) och hyrs ut möblerad. Den är utrustad med en 140 cm säng samt en kombinerad tvätt- och torkmaskin. Hyran är 6 000 kr per månad och inkluderar el, vatten, värme och internet. Läget är väldigt bra, det är bara 5–10 minuters promenad till universitetet, universitetssjukhuset, IKSU-gymmet och Ålidhems centrum med matbutiker, restauranger, vårdcentral och apotek. Till centrum tar du dig på cirka 10 minuter med buss eller cykel, och det finns flera busshållplatser i närheten. Jag letar efter en skötsam, lugn och ansvarsfull person som inte röker, inte har husdjur och har ordnad ekonomi. English version Hi!
