Stort rum med utsikt i Augustenborg

This is mostly a post to see if there is enough interest. I will soon be renting out the larger bedroom (17m2) in my apartment in Augustenborg (100m2 including the balconies). It is truly a unique place, on the 11th floor with breathtaking views and large windows. A double balcony, one of which is glassed in. You will have a semi-ensuite bathroom- I will only use it to shower as I will have my own toilet and sink. We will have separate entrances to the apartment. I would like to split rent evenly, which would be around 8000kr each, including internet and all utilities. *Additional information* -I have a cat -The room would be unfurnished -The move in day is flexible I'm looking for a woman/enby/queer roommate preferably.
