Looking for a Female Flatmate – Malmö 🌿 (Available from March) Hi! We’re Sofie and Inez, two Belgian friends (both 28) living together in a cozy row house in Malmö, and we’re looking for a female flatmate to join our home starting from March. 🛏 The Room You’ll have your own private bedroom. 🏡 The House The house is a bright and cozy row house and includes: * 2 bathrooms * A large, open kitchen * A spacious living room with lots of natural light * A small garden * A garage for bikes and extra storage 📍 Location The house is located close to Mobilia, a small shopping center with supermarkets, pharmacies, and other everyday essentials. Hyllie and Triangeln are only a 10–15 minute bike ride away. Public transport is easily accessible, with a bus stop less than 200 meters from the house. ✨ A bit about us Inez works in Copenhagen. She’s spontaneous, very optimistic and cheerful, loves food (both cooking at home and eating out), enjoys being creative, adores animals, and is always up for a cozy movie night. She has an active social life and enjoys Zumba and yoga. Sofie works in Malmö. She loves travelling, baking and reading, and is always up for a fika or a chai latte. She also really enjoys taking care of others. So as a housemate, you’ll very likely get to taste some of her homemade bakes from time to time 🍰 🌙 Good to know We live in a quiet neighborhood with very sweet but close neighbors, so loud house parties are not an option. The house is non-smoking, and pets are unfortunately not allowed. 💛 Rent & costs The monthly cost per person is approximately 7,000–7,300 SEK, depending on variable costs such as water and electricity. Shared household items (toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent, etc.) are split separately. 💛 Who we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who fits well with our lifestyle and would enjoy living together. Independent, but also happy to occasionally have a cozy flatmate evening together. 🎶 Bonus: we’re real Swifties, there’s a lot of laughter in this house, and good vibes are basically guaranteed ✨
