A newly produced 23 sqm apartment is available from 17th May for rent for a long-term contract. The apartment is located on the third and suitable for a couple or a single person. The apartment is newly built and will move in from 17th May. It is fully furnished with a bed (80 /160 x 200 cm), sofa, table, chairs, TV, and other basic household things. In addition to all basic utensils, the kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, combined oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The bathroom also has a combined washing machine /dryer. An additional laundry room is also present on each floor. The building is also equipped with an elevator. Storage room 1.5 meter x 1 meter is also included. Water, heating, and the internet are also included in the rent. If required, car parking can be also available at an additional cost. The building is located just behind the IKEA in Barkarby. By bus, it only takes 7 mins to Barkarby station. From Barkarby station it takes about 15 minutes by commuter train or car to Stockholm city center. Monthly rent 8,500 SEK.
