Hey there, we are living in a shared accommodation for 3 people and will have 2 rooms available from summer on! We are located between Redbergsplatsen and Gamlestaden in Strömmensberg and are easily connected to tram lines 6, 8, 3 and 1 and the bus 62. Since I am going on exchange for one semester, I am subletting my room. Information on the room: - available from 01.07.2026 - 17.01.2027 - ca. 7m² - fully furnished with desk in living room and closet in another room - rent: 4500 SEK/month Further information on the flat: - living room ca. 21m² - fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher - washing machine and dryer - car parking included - WiFi and Electricity are separate, approx. 200 SEK/month (per person) We also have another room in our shared flat available: - available from 01.06.2026 - ca. 12 m² - partially furnished (bed and closet) - rent: 6000 SEK/month Let us know if you're interested in any of the two and we could arrange a visit! :) Best wishes, Oskar, Hannes and Steffy
